Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is currently seeking multiple non-permanent Highway Maintenance Worker 2s to join our regional maintenance teams in the Walla Walla, Dayton, Clarkston, and Anatone, Washington areas. In this journey-level role, you will operate a wide variety of highway equipment and tools to maintain and repair highways and highway structures, supporting the safe and efficient movement of people and commerce. Under the guidance of a Highway Maintenance Worker 3, you will perform skilled maintenance tasks and may occasionally step into a lead role when needed. This is an opportunity to play a key part in delivering WSDOT's Strategic Plan while ensuring safe and reliable transportation across Washington State.
