Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is currently seeking two Highway Maintenance Worker 2s to join the Work Zone Traffic Control Team in the Southwest Region. In these roles, you will set up and remove traffic control systems for maintenance and emergency operations, following MUTCD and M54-44.05 guidelines. You will also assist with sign maintenance, pavement markings, striping, snow and ice control, and storm clean-up activities. At times, you may lead a crew in the absence of a Highway Maintenance Worker 3, while fostering a respectful and inclusive work environment.
