We’re currently seeking PRN Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) who are dependable, skilled, and passionate about patient care.

What You’ll Do
Provide high-quality nursing care to residents
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient conditions and document care accurately
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
Supervise and support nursing assistants as needed
What We’re Looking For
Active Ohio LPN or RN license (or compact license including Ohio)
Reliable transportation
Previous long-term care experience preferred
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Excellent clinical assessment and documentation abilities
Ability to meet health requirements, including TB testing
