We are a skilled nursing facility and Trumbull County’s only veteran-focused provider, and we’re seeking a Unit Manager (LPN) to lead our evening team with compassion and excellence.
Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Evenings, including weekends)
What You’ll Do:
Oversee daily operations of the unit during evening hours
Lead and support nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care
Coordinate care plans and communicate with interdisciplinary teams
Ensure compliance with state and facility standards
Provide hands-on nursing care as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Active LPN license in the State of Ohio
Strong leadership and communication skills
Availability to work evenings and weekends
Passion for providing exceptional care to residents and veterans
