AOM Healthcare is a premier long term care company, operating twenty one long term care facilities throughout the state of Ohio and is now hiring a Part-Time Activity Assistant at Washington Square Nursing and Rehab, located at 202 Washington Street NW, Warren, Ohio.
We are currently seeking a skilled, compassionate, dedicated, and driven Activity Assistant to welcome our ever-growing team!

Activity Assistant Qualifications:
- Dependable, hard-working, good communication skills and outgoing.
- Documenting resident activity participation.
- Maintains attendance records for resident activities, on a daily basis.
- Assists in transporting residents to and from doctor appointments via facility van.
- Facilitate group and 1:1 activity programs per Activity Calendar.
Activity Assistant Requirements:
- Valid Ohio state license
- Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination or exemption
- High School Diploma/GED
- Flexible schedule (20-25 hours per week), available on weekends and evenings.
- Computer Knowledge
