What You'll Do
Our RNs play an essential role in delivering safe, compassionate, high-quality care. Depending on your department, responsibilities may include:
- Assessing patients and developing individualized plans of care
- Implementing and evaluating nursing interventions
- Monitoring patient conditions and responding appropriately to changes
- Administering and monitoring medications and treatments
- Providing patient and family education and support
- Accurately documenting patient care and progress
- Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Promoting patient safety, quality care, and positive outcomes
- Maintaining supplies, equipment, and an organized care environment
- Supporting teamwork and efficient department operations
What We're Looking For
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Georgia
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- BLS certification required
- Additional certifications such as ACLS and/or PALS may be required depending on department
- Department-specific experience may be required or preferred
- Strong communication, critical thinking, teamwork, and organizational skills
- Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care
- Basic computer and EMR proficiency

RN Sign-On Bonus Opportunities
Additional sign-on bonuses are currently available for select RN positions:
- Emergency Department RN: $10,000 Sign-On Bonus – Full-Time Mid Shift (11:00 AM–11:00 PM) with a two-year commitment. Conditions apply.
- Medical/Surgical RN: $10,000 Sign-On Bonus – Night Shift. Conditions apply.
- Extended Care Facility RN: $5,000 Sign-On Bonus – Full-Time Night Shift. Conditions apply.
