- Schedule: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
- Contract Length: 13 weeks

Responsibilities:
- Accurately administer prescribed medications and initiate intravenous therapies.
- Conduct thorough health assessments to identify client problems and needs, formulating and implementing individualized nursing care plans.
- Make daily resident rounds to assess physical and emotional status and to implement any required nursing interventions.
- Respond to resident and family concerns and ensure that each concern is documented, and a resolution is initiated or communicated to appropriate staff.
- Serve as a shift leader and a resource to other staff on the unit.
