What You'll Do

Our LPNs play an important role in providing safe, compassionate, high-quality patient care. Depending on your department, responsibilities may include:

• Providing direct patient care and supporting nursing assessments
• Monitoring patient conditions and reporting significant changes
• Assisting with medications and treatments within the scope of practice
• Implementing and evaluating patient care
• Collaborating with physicians, RNs, and other healthcare team members
• Providing support and education to patients and families
• Maintaining accurate documentation and patient records
• Supporting patient safety and quality care standards
• Managing supplies, equipment, and patient care resources
• Promoting teamwork and efficient department operations

What We're Looking For

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Georgia
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
• BLS certification required
• ACLS may be required or preferred depending on department
• Department-specific experience may be required or preferred
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of basic nursing principles and patient care
• Basic computer/EMR proficiency
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care
