The Washington Commanders are hiring a Financial Analyst, FP&A, responsible for supporting business analysis, forecasting, and budget management. This role would report directly to the Manager, Finance.

- Help to drive the budget and forecast processes; summarize budget estimates and forecast updates and review for completeness and accuracy, and prepare special budget analysis reports.
- Build and manage key revenue reporting and modeling, leveraging historical financial data and updates from financial forecasts, for Finance and Executive Leadership Team.
- Work closely with revenue leaders and the internal Accounting team during key financial deadlines.
- Assist in research, analysis and developing recommendations for strategic projects.
- Produce CFO-level ad-hoc analyses with guidance from Manager.
- Other related special projects and assignments to support departmental and organizational goals related to financial planning and analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field is required
- Requires at least 2 years of Experience with prior Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or FP&A experience preferred
- Advanced proficiency utilizing Microsoft applications, particularly Excel and Powerpoint, is required
- Ability to effectively prepare and present financial analysis summaries and projections as required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus
- Establishing and fostering collaborative relationships across all levels to provide a high level of service in a fast-paced environment is required
- Strong time management and sense of urgency to address issues promptly is necessary in this role along with the ability to be flexible and agile
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- This role will require the ability to develop recommendations for process improvement
