Essential Functions:
- Assists Head Coach to organize/conduct practice sessions and game preparations
- Identify, recruit, coach and develop high-level athletes for the program
- Organize official and unofficial visits
- Assist the head coach in all phases of student-athlete mentoring, fundraising, game management and scheduling; and other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree required along with past competitive and/or coaching experience, preferably at the collegiate level.
- Valid drivers license required as travel is necessary for the position.
- Strong organizational, oral, written, teaching and computer skills required. Advanced knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations preferred.
