Installation Supervisor

The Installation supervisor will primarily focus on leading the day-to-day operations and direction of the Installation team. The ideal candidate is an influential leader committed to maintaining & improving our reputation providing the best quality installations who drives change, while providing best-in-class customer service.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign, and oversee installation department’s workflow.
• Establish & maintain professional, supportive & enthusiastic relationships with WASH’s sales team
• Review & report on installation department metrics: schedule of installation costs, production reports & installation lead times
• Insure best-in-class quality standards via site visits, location inspections and customer meetings.
• Review & update standard operating procedures to insure efficiencies and professional customer service.
• Drive system enhancements to promote productivity and customer service.
• Collaborate with other department leaders to align procedures.
• Oversee installation department special projects.
• Conduct employee performance reviews.
  
  

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• College courses in business management, leadership and accounting helpful
• Minimum 3 years of experience in installation and/ or Service, or equivalent mechanical/electrical outside experience
• Have proven leadership abilities
• Possess strong customer service skills: ability to professionally represent WASH to owners, managers & customers
• Command excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Valid driver license required
