Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for an on-site role located in Downtown Salt Lake City, UT. This role involves conducting regular maintenance and repair tasks for residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, repairing equipment, and ensuring all facilities meet operational and safety standards. The Maintenance Technician will work closely with the property management team to address residents' maintenance requests efficiently and professionally.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance practices
- Strong Troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical or mechanical issues
- Experience in Maintenance & Repair tasks for various systems and equipment
- Familiarity with Industrial Maintenance processes and procedures
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Previous experience in property management or facilities maintenance is a plus but not required
