What you’ll do:
Ensure the cleanliness and freshness of the community's interior.
Build strong relationships with residents, fostering trust and making our community feel at home
Respond to service needs and follow the make-ready schedule.
Maintain excellent amenity appearance, paying attention to details and helping to maintain great curb appeal.
collaborate closely with your team members to identify and address maintenance and cleanliness-related issues

What we're looking for:
General interest in custodial and or maintenance work and an ability to demonstrate mechanical aptitude.
Ability to operate hand tools and power equipment used in grounds keeping, such as blowers and power washers.
Ability to follow detailed oral/written instructions.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends or on-call.
Benefits and Pay Range:
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - 17.25 USD per hour depending on experience, plus quarterly bonus potential!
Candidates starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and qualifications.
