- Works directly with the President & Executive team
- Takes meeting minutes and keeps record of documents
- Maintains the corporate employee perks program
- Answers telephones and handles customer service calls as a priority
- Greets visitors.
- Opens and closes front desk daily.
- Keeps reception area cleaned and organized.
- Attends to client and guest needs by answering questions and providing information.
- Books travel for executive team, as needed
- Maintains building security by reporting any violations to Building Security office; i.e. parking violations, solicitors on the floor, unauthorized persons in building, etc.
- Orders office and breakroom supplies
- Any additional duties as assigned by direct supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Qualifications:
- Pleasant, professional attitude and telephone manner.
- Effective oral and written communication.
- Ability to effectively multi-task
- Typing speed of 70 wpm
- Excellent Microsoft Office Skills
