Full Time Case Manager

Join our team at Wasatch Behavioral Health as a Full-Time Case Manager in the STRIDE Program in Payson, Utah, earning a competitive $21.15–$29.58/hour. STRIDE is a partial-day treatment program serving children ages 5–12 who need extra support with social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. In this role, you'll help create a safe, structured, and encouraging environment where kids can build confidence, develop coping skills, and thrive. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Compensation: $21.15–$29.58 DOE and Licensure

What You'll Do as a Case Manager

• Work directly with students to assess needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Connect families with helpful resources and coordinate care with schools and other providers
• Collaborate closely with clinical teams and school staff
• Maintain clear, accurate documentation
• Join regular team meetings, trainings, and opportunities for professional growth

Qualifications

Applicants must meet ONE of the following:

Note: Applicants under the "working toward SSW" pathway must obtain their SSW license within 24 months of hire.

• Bachelor's degree with Social Service Worker (SSW) license
• Bachelor's degree in any field with willingness to pursue SSW licensure

Additional Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• Basic understanding of Social Work principles
• Familiarity with social welfare policy and human development
• Ability to problem-solve and maintain a client-centered approach
• Spanish speakers may qualify for increased wages after testing
