What You'll Do as a Case Manager
- Work directly with students to assess needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Connect families with helpful resources and coordinate care with schools and other providers
- Collaborate closely with clinical teams and school staff
- Maintain clear, accurate documentation
- Join regular team meetings, trainings, and opportunities for professional growth
Qualifications
Applicants must meet ONE of the following:
Note: Applicants under the "working toward SSW" pathway must obtain their SSW license within 24 months of hire.
- Bachelor's degree with Social Service Worker (SSW) license
- Bachelor's degree in any field with willingness to pursue SSW licensure
Additional Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- Basic understanding of Social Work principles
- Familiarity with social welfare policy and human development
- Ability to problem-solve and maintain a client-centered approach
- Spanish speakers may qualify for increased wages after testing
