Join Wasatch Behavioral Health as a Part-Time Therapist with our Center for Opioid Recovery (COR) program in Orem, Utah, providing substance use treatment in a structured, recovery-focused environment. In this onsite role, you'll support individuals through Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), including methadone services, while working alongside a compassionate, multidisciplinary team. This position offers a competitive pay range of $28.50–$44.03/hour and the opportunity to deliver individualized, client-centered care that supports long-term recovery and community reintegration.
Schedule:
- Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-11:00 AM
- Friday, 6:00 AM-12:00PM
Compensation: $28.50–$44.03 DOE and Licensure

What You'll Do as a COR Therapist
- Provide individual and group therapy for clients receiving outpatient substance use disorder services
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Document services, progress notes, and treatment plans accurately in the electronic health record (EHR)
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to support client recovery and continuity of care
- Participate in team meetings, clinical consultations, and ongoing program improvement efforts
- Maintain ethical, professional, and safety standards in all aspects of care
Qualifications
- Master's degree in social work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Utah licensure as CSW, ACMHC, AMFT, LCSW, CMHC, or LMFT (or the ability to obtain it before starting).
- Solid skills in clinical assessment, treatment planning, and providing therapy.
- Comfortable working with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a team.
- Reliable with documentation and maintaining professional standards.
- Committed to ethical practice and ongoing learning.
- Spanish speakers may qualify for a wage increase

Employment at Wasatch Behavioral Health is contingent upon successful completion of a drug screen, motor vehicle record review and criminal background check. After hire you must complete and receive a Criminal Background Clearance (BCI) from Utah State Office of Licensing. Upon receipt of a conditional offer of employment in the position, you must provide an official copy of licensure or certification.
