Compensation: $21.15–$29.58 DOE and Licensure

What You'll Do as a Case Manager
- Complete client assessments to identify needs and strengths
- Develop individualized care plans and update them as clients progress
- Coordinate services, resources, and community support
- Collaborate with clinicians, treatment teams, and other professionals
- Monitor client progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Help client's problem-solve barriers and build essential life skills
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members
- Approach every interaction with empathy, professionalism, and a client-centered mindset
Qualifications
Applicants must meet ONE of the following:
Note: Applicants under the "working toward SUDC or SSW" pathway must obtain their SUDC or SSW license within 24 months of hire.
- Bachelor's degree with Social Service Worker (SSW) license or Substance Use Disorder Counselor (SUDC/LASUDC)
- Bachelor's degree in any field with willingness to pursue SSW or SUDC/LASUDC licensure
Additional Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- Basic understanding of Social Work principles
- Familiarity with social welfare policy and human development
- Ability to problem-solve and maintain a client-centered approach
- Spanish speakers may qualify for increased wages after testing

Employment at Wasatch Behavioral Health is contingent upon successful completion of a drug screen, motor vehicle record review and criminal background check. After hire you must complete and receive a Criminal Background Clearance (BCI) from Utah State Office of Licensing. Upon receipt of a conditional offer of employment in the position, you must provide an official copy of licensure or certification.
Salary : $21 - $30
