Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Front of House Manager to oversee daily operations of our dining room. This role is responsible for ensuring outstanding guest service, managing front-of-house staff, and maintaining smooth, efficient service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and supervise front-of-house staff including servers, hosts, and bartenders
- Ensure exceptional guest experience by maintaining high service standards
- Manage staff scheduling, performance, and ongoing training
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues professionally
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate service
- Monitor dining room flow, reservations, and wait times
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards
- Assist with inventory, ordering supplies, and cost control
- Support special events, promotions, and daily operations as needed
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in Asian or upscale casual dining
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Asian cuisine and dining culture
