Hiring Restaurant Front-of-House Manager (Hands-On Role)
Crab Seafood House – Clayton, NC
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Front-of-House Manager to join our team.
This is a hands-on position, ideal for someone who can lead the team while also assisting with daily operations when needed.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage front-of-house operations (host, phone, takeout)
- Handle customer service and resolve complaints
- Supervise and support staff during shifts
- Assist with scheduling and training new employees
- Open and close the restaurant
Schedule:
- 5 days per week
- Must be available on weekends and holidays (Friday–Sunday required)
- Typical workload: ~55 hours per week
Requirements:
- Previous restaurant management experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to be hands-on and help with front desk tasks when needed
Compensation:
- Salary: $5,500 – $6,500/month (based on experience)
- Tips: ~$400–$600/month
