Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and skilled painters to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying primers, paint, and finishes for interior and exterior house painting projects. Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, sanding, and priming to ensure paint adhesion.
- Apply paints, stains, varnishes, and other coatings using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, spray guns (including airless paint spraying), and power tools.
- Perform small surface repairs such as caulking and stucco patching to ensure smooth finishes.
- Maintain safety standards on construction sites by handling hand tools responsibly and operating power tools properly while adhering to safety guidelines.
- Assist with project estimates related to construction estimating tasks when needed and collaborate with team members for efficient project completion.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Positive Mental Attitude is required
- Communication and Listening Skills
- Ability to Work Well with Others.
- Construction and/or painting experience is NOT required, but is highly desirable
- Comfortability using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, scrapers; power tools including sanders and spray equipment tools as applicable.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations are essential.
- Strong attention to detail combined with excellent problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina for long hours on-site is necessary.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
