Position Summary: Warner University, a Christ-centered institution committed to academic excellence and spiritual formation, seeks a passionate and results-driven Admissions Specialist to join our Admissions team. This role is instrumental in identifying, engaging, and enrolling prospective students who are aligned with the university’s mission and values. The ideal candidate will have a heart for ministry, strong interpersonal skills, and a strategic mindset for outreach and enrollment growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract prospective students.
- Represent the university at college fairs, churches, schools, community events, and other venues across designated regions.
- Build and maintain relationships with high school counselors, pastors, youth leaders, and other influencers within the community.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students from inquiry through enrollment.
- Conduct admissions calls, campus tours, virtual information sessions, and follow-up communications.
- Maintain accurate records of prospective student interactions in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
- Provide guidance to prospective students and families regarding academic programs, financial aid, scholarships, and the admissions process.
- Assist in the planning and execution of on-campus recruitment events.
- Contribute to meeting and exceeding enrollment goals as set by the Assistant Vice President of Enrollment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Demonstrates a mature and active Christian faith, with a deep commitment to living out biblical values and supporting the mission and spiritual ethos of the university.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, admissions, sales, or related fields.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
