As the first point of contact when you enter our space, our receptionist plays a critical role in creating a warm and positive impression for firm members and guests. This position also performs administrative tasks to support the operation of the office.

About The Opportunity
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome firm members and guests in a welcoming and professional manner.
- Notify firm members of client/guest arrivals.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Manage the reception and conference room spaces, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Coordinate conference room reservations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with event preparation and cleanup as needed.
- Assist with other administrative tasks including but not limited to ordering lunches, filing, copying/scanning, and sorting mail.

About You
Experience, Education, and Training:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle privileged and confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
