We are seeking a senior-level attorney who brings extensive knowledge of banking laws and regulations, along with a proven ability to manage complex transactional and compliance matters across the banking and financial services industry. Responsibilities include representing banks and other financial institutions in the following matters: mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings and regulation, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, including federal and state regulatory applications and general corporate and banking matters.

Responsibilities include representing banks and other financial institutions in the following matters: mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings and regulation, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, including federal and state regulatory applications and general corporate and banking matters.
About You
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and admission in good standing to at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 7 years of experience providing legal advice to banks and other financial institutions
- Significant background in the following areas: M&A, securities offerings and regulation ('33 Act and ’34 Act), corporate governance, regulatory compliance and general corporate and banking matters
- Proven ability to lead and support transaction teams, build client trust, and foster long-term relationships
- Exceptional communication, responsiveness, and collaboration skills
