Our company is an independent marketing organization (IMO) in the financial services industry; specifically in the insurance marketplace. We serve clients by acting as their independent advisor and broker for products in life insurance, health insurance, retirement, annuities, medicare, senior benefits, and more. We are remaking the industry for agents by agents. Each agent owns their book of business. We would love for you to join us!

About the Life Insurance Agent position
We are looking for a skilled individual to join our team and help us manage our business development activities. Your duties will include finding new clients and promoting and selling the company's insurance plans. We expect you to efficiently build and maintain long-term relationships to ensure the stability of the company’s revenues and growth.
Insurance Agent responsibilities are:
- Face-to-face interactions with clients
- Consult clients about befitting risk management strategies
- Develop effective marketing strategies to sell insurance plans to current or new clients
- Explore the needs of business or individual customers and propose them plans or other services
- Review insurance claims to ensure fair dealing and satisfaction
- Prepare regular reviews of progress and present them to interested parties
- Organize bookkeeping systems, database, and records
- Meet your goals in finding new clients and selling insurance products and services
- Stay informed about market trends and updates in the field of insurance products and services
- Follow the company's policies and ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements
Insurance Agent requirements are:
- Life/Health Insurance License preferred, but not required.
- Good experience in providing client-focused solutions and building customer relationships
- Experience working with major insurance plans, including automobile, fire, life, property, medical, and others, is a plus.
- Good knowledge of computers and statistical methods
- Strong communication, presentation,and sales skills
- Results-driven and able to work without supervision
- High School Diploma/GED required, Certifications/Degree preferred
