Role Description

We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Agent for a full-time, on-site position located in Hammond, IN. In this role, you will assist customers in identifying insurance solutions tailored to their needs, manage policy renewals, and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, explaining policy coverage, and providing excellent customer service. You will also collaborate with the team to ensure timely follow-ups and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage
• Basic understanding of Finance and risk management concepts
• Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to build client relationships
• Licensing as an Insurance Agent, with a focus on state-specific requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive and goal-oriented with the ability to work effectively in a team
• Experience in the insurance industry or similar fields is preferredh
• High school diploma required; a college degree in business or a related field is a plus
