We serve clients by acting as their independent advisor and broker for products in life insurance, health insurance, retirement, annuities, medicare, senior benefits and more. Job description
Our organization is growing and expanding so fast into new territories we’re looking for Life Insurance Agents and Sales Representatives we can build around.
No Sales or Industry Experience Required - we will teach, coach, and train you 100%
Average first-year income for our new life insurance agents is 80-100k; however, there is no cap. Some Sales Representatives make well over 100k their first year.

Insurance Agent responsibilities are:
- Consult clients about befitting risk management strategies
- Develop effective marketing strategies to sell insurance plans to current or new clients
- Explore the needs of individual customers and propose them plans or other services
- Find opportunities and build relationship with potential customers using networking, cold calling and other methods
- Review insurance claims to ensure fair dealing and satisfaction
- Prepare regular reviews of progress and present them to interested parties
- Organize bookkeeping systems, database and records
- Meet your goals in finding new clients and selling insurance products and services
- Stay informed about market trends and updates in the field of insurance products and services
- Follow company's policies and ensure the compliance with applicable legal requirements
Requirements for Insurance Agent
- Be willing to be trained in our proven platform of success.
- Preferred: A track record with a good work ethic.
- Valid Driver's License
- Willing to meet face to face with clients.
This is a commission only role.
