LPN Night Shift Supervisor

Night Shift Differential | Weekly Pay | Leadership Role

Wapakoneta Manor is seeking a reliable and experienced LPN Night Shift Supervisor to lead our overnight nursing team. This role is ideal for a nurse who is confident working independently and can provide strong clinical leadership during off-hours.

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise CNAs, LPNs, and RNs on night shift

• Act as the primary clinical leader overnight

• Ensure high-quality resident care and compliance

• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes

• Communicate with physicians, families, and leadership as needed

• Manage staffing, call-offs, and assignments

• Conduct rounds to maintain safety and standards

• Complete documentation, incident reports, and admissions as needed

• Support and guide nursing staff throughout the shift

Qualifications:

• Active LPN license (Ohio)

• 2 years of nursing experience (SNF/LTC preferred)

• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred

• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills

• Ability to work independently and lead a team
