WAND Corporation is hiring a part-time Sales Order Entry Specialist to support our sales team by ensuring customer orders are accurate, processed quickly, and moving without friction.
This is a high-impact role tied directly to revenue-ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and takes pride in getting things right.

Our sales team is generating more business than our current operations capacity can support. This role ensures orders move cleanly from "sold" to "delivered"-no delays, no errors, no rework.
What You'll Do
- Accurately enter customer orders into internal systems
- Review quotes and order details for completeness and accuracy
- Coordinate internally to resolve missing or unclear information
- Support the sales team with administrative follow-up
- Help keep deals moving efficiently through the pipeline
You are not responsible for selling-you enable the team that does.

Schedule & Work Environment

Compensation
- Starting at $18 /hour, based on experience
