Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage incoming leads from multiple channels including email, phone, text, and website inquiries, ensuring prompt response and accurate data entry into the CRM system.
- Assign leads to sales representatives or appropriate team members based on provided sales algorithm in a timely and efficient manner.
- Monitor lead progress through the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and appropriate next steps.
- Track lead activity and salesperson engagement and provide insights into lead and sales pipeline performance.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and data accuracy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure seamless lead management.
- Follow all policies and procedures pertaining to lead distribution and management.
- Maintain and care for all company-owned technology and devices to promote longevity and proper function.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Highly organized, efficient, personable, and customer service oriented.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with sales teams and management.
- Detail-oriented with thoroughness in reviewing documentation for accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, IDS, and other computer systems.
- Must be available ‘on-call’ flexible evenings/weekends as scheduled.
Schedule:
- Flexible shifts based on mutual agreement with direct supervisor.
- This is a part time, on site position based out of one of our Northern Michigan locations with future potential for remote work.
