Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Closing Coordinator/Real Estate Paralegal to join their growing team. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Responsibilities Include:
- Draft and review various correspondence including contracts, lease agreements, and closing documents, complete order openings, and send required engagement letters.
- Communicate with clients, attorneys, realtors as well as title companies.
- Review all financing options, lending requirements, titles, and bankruptcy claims.
- Maintain and update all files and filing systems throughout the process.
- Conduct research and analyze all real estate documents, including but not limited to title and legal property descriptions.
- Respond to client inquiries and escalate any serious concerns.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in the area of real estate.
- At least 2 years of experience as bank representation or personal representation at closings or a related field.
- A Bachelor’s degree and/or Associates in Paralegal Studies is preferred.
- Must have excellent organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are needed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
