Requirements
Requirements for this position are as follows:
Responsibilities
- Develop and edit Revit models and construction documents under engineer direction
- Apply Wallace drafting standards and QA/QC checklists
- Coordinate structural models with architectural, civil, and MEP disciplines
- Organize model views, sheets, and details
- Assist with as-builts, redlines, and shop-drawing markups
- Experience in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam
- Willingness to accept increasing levels of responsibility, and demonstration of continued and progressive technical and leadership experience
- Sensitive to client's needs, can develop positive client relationships.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently, or cooperatively and harmoniously with a team
- Prioritize, manage time, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
- A Certificate of Achievement in Drafting and Computer-Aided Design Technology or equivalent, or an Associate of Applied Science degree in Drafting and Design Engineering Technology preferred
