Duties
- Prepare ingredients according to recipes, including slicing, dicing, chopping, and portioning to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives, mixers, ovens, and food processors
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment in compliance with food safety standards
Skills
- Background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations within the food industry or restaurant environment
- Knowledge of food safety management practices and adherence to safety standards in production environments
- Familiarity with operating various kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
