Responsibilities- Prepare vegetables, fruits, proteins, sauces, and other ingredients according to company recipes and standards.
- Complete daily prep lists efficiently and accurately.
- Label, date, and properly store all food products following food safety guidelines.
- Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary prep stations and kitchen equipment.
- Monitor product quality and rotate inventory using FIFO procedures.
- Assist with stocking and organizing kitchen inventory.
- Communicate with the Kitchen Manager and Back of House Captain regarding product needs and shortages.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company procedures.
- Support fellow Team Members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Assist with additional kitchen duties as assigned.
- Previous kitchen or food service experience is preferred but not required.
- Passion for food and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow recipes and prepare food consistently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable, punctual, and team oriented.
- Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
