Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily workflows of our cleaning crews to ensure jobs are completed on time and to our high standards.
- Communicate with clients to address questions, schedule appointments, and follow up on service quality.
- Monitor supply levels and manage equipment maintenance so that every team member has what they need to succeed.
- Train new hires on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols to help them feel confident in their work.
- Visit job sites regularly to inspect work quality and offer hands-on support to crew members.
- Manage administrative tasks, including logging job completion reports and coordinating employee schedules.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proficiency in Quickbooks
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Proven experience managing a team or coordinating daily operations in a service-based business.
- Strong organizational skills to balance multiple schedules and supply inventories.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks when necessary to support the team.
- Clear and professional communication skills for both client interactions and internal team updates.
- Previous experience with carpet cleaning equipment or commercial janitorial procedures is a plus.
