Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities for a IT Project Manager (APPSW/INFOSEC) GS-2210-13 generally include, but are not limited to, the following:- Participates software development projects through all phases of the IT project lifecycle, including initiation, requirements definition, planning, design, development, testing, implementation, deployment, and closeout.
- Manages requirements, priorities, dependencies, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations throughout the software development life cycle.
- Performs technical analysis of software applications, system interfaces, configurations, and operational processes to identify vulnerabilities, system deficiencies, performance issues, and security risks impacting operations and federal information systems.
- Supports IT teams consisting of software developers, cybersecurity professionals, engineers, IT specialists, contractors, program personnel, and mission stakeholders.
