Repair, maintain, and monitor the operation of assigned electronic gaming devices. Participate in the move of any slot-related equipment. Monitor the performance of slot machines, activity, and conditions of the casino slot areas ensuring all slot machines are operable and identified for repair as necessary. Responsible for assisting guests and answering questions regarding the use of Resort Club cards, machine payouts, promotions, events, and the location of amenities and machines. Stocks machines with tickets and conducts transactions for jackpots. Essential Functions:
- Repair and maintain slot related equipment on the casino floor and in the slot workshop. Participate in the installation, movement, and removal of slot related equipment.
- Accurately verify and calculate jackpots. Accurately fill out paperwork pertaining to verification of jackpot transactions.
- Perform preventive maintenance and repair to slot machines.
- Assures an environment which emphasizes cooperation, communication, and teamwork with all departments.
- Support compliance with all internal procedures and regulatory requirements, including those associated with underage and intoxicated guests.
Required:
- Previous slot and supervisory experience preferred.
- Knowledgeable of basic slot machine functions and be able to accurately explain to guests how to play and read them.
- Ability to troubleshoot and complete slot-related paperwork with minimal errors.
- Ability to use ladder, lift, hand tools (Ex. screwdriver), a hand-held radio, and other slot supplies and equipment.
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals and instructions.
- Knowledge of applicable gaming laws and regulations.
Salary : $24 - $25
