Qualifications
- Extensive experience in commercial construction and all trades.
- Be able to accurately measure sites and complete take-offs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Extensive proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Must be focused on building relationships with customers and customer representatives while consistently providing a positive outlook even through stressful situations.
- Track project progress, provide daily updates, and address delays with leadership.
- Supervise crews and subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship.
- Maintain strict safety protocols and conduct site evaluations.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on project specifications, construction documents, and building codes.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues proactively.
