What you’ll be doing
- Drive site-wide maintenance and reliability strategy across fixed plant assets
- Own and manage a $2M maintenance budget, ensuring effective cost control and system utilisation
- Lead defect elimination initiatives to reduce recurring equipment failures and downtime
- Develop and lead a team of 5 maintenance professionals, setting clear standards and accountability
What you’ll bring
- Proven leadership experience within mining or heavy materials processing environments
- Strong knowledge of fixed plant equipment such as conveyors, crushers, and processing systems
- Working knowledge of 460/480V electrical systems and basic PLC exposure
- Track record of improving maintenance systems, reliability, and cost performance
