A Dallas-based E&P group in the North part of Dallas is seeking a Sr. Division Order Analyst. For the right experience they can title it as a Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, analyze, and interpret title documents, leases, contracts, legal decrees, division orders, and related documents to determine ownership interests.
- Maintain and update division of interest records, processing ownership changes and ensuring accurate royalty and overriding royalty interests.
- Collaborate with land, legal, and accounting teams to ensure timely and accurate payment of royalties and interests.
- Resolve ownership discrepancies, inquiries, and disputes with interest owners, landowners, and regulatory agencies efficiently and professionally.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience interpreting legal documents and title opinions.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across teams.
- Proficiency with Land and Accounting software, including AVATAR, and advanced Excel skills.
