Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field preferred.
- Valid state driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Proven experience as an F&I Manager or in a similar finance role within the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle financing, insurance products, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification as an F&I Professional (e.g., from the National Automobile Dealers Association).
- Experience with dealership management systems and finance software.

Responsibilities:
- Present and explain financing and insurance products to customers in a clear and professional manner.

- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to vehicle financing and insurance.
- Prepare and review all necessary documentation for financing and insurance transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with sales staff to coordinate the delivery of vehicles and finalize sales contracts.
- Maintain relationships with lenders, insurance providers, and other financial institutions to secure competitive rates and products.
- Train and support dealership staff on F&I processes and product knowledge.
- Monitor and analyze F&I department performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and increased profitability.
Salary : $60,000 - $175,000
