Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a related customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

- Negotiate sales terms and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
