- Assist with scratch made food preparation tasks such as chopping, peeling, and assembling ingredients under supervision
- Support the catering team with setup, breakdown, and food handling during events or banquet functions
- Maintain sanitation standards by regularly cleaning workstations, floors, and storage areas
- Buss tables and clear dining areas efficiently during service periods to ensure a smooth flow of guests
- Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold safety and hygiene regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes and prepared ingredients for service
Experience
- Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key
- Experience with food preparation, catering, banquet service or hotel hospitality is a plus
