What You'll Be Doing
This Clinic Operations Manager is responsible for the operational and financial management of the Regional Health Clinics (located at Northern, Southern, Eastern and Departure Regional Centers). The Clinic Operations Manager optimizes the fiscal health of the clinics by working in coordination with the Director of Clinical Operations to implement a practice management model, effectively utilize resources and ensure regulatory compliance. This position monitors and analyzes data to assist with strategic planning for the division and creates a service integration framework to enhance the client experience, improve quality of services, reduce cost and improve patient outcomes.
**This position requires travel between health clinics.**

Emergency Service Worker Statement
In the event of an emergency, as determined by the County Manager or designee, participation in preparedness and response operations should be expected. Employee may be required to fill a temporary assignment in a role different from standard duties, work hours and/or work location in preparation for, during and after the emergency. Employee may also be required to participate in relevant exercises and regular preparedness training.

- Fuquay-Varina, NC
- Zebulon, NC
- Raleigh, NC
Essential Functions Include
- Practice Management for Regional Health Clinics to include oversight of clinic budget and revenue (billing, claims, and accounts receivable, marketing communication and strategic planning)
- Oversight of human resource and staffing functions for the Regional Health Clinics Attend local, state or national training opportunities to enhance skills in practice management, healthcare financial management, and quality improvement
- Provide coaching, mentoring and supervision to the Regional Health Clinics supervisory staff and physician staff
- Working with Building Representatives, Budget Representatives, and General Services Administration to manage facility utilization and maintenance and equipment utilization, maintenance, and replacement
- Participate in preparedness training, disaster response and staff the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) as needed
- Assure compliance with all Local, State and Federal Guidelines Provide representation at assigned meetings and participate in strategic planning Participate in activities to achieve clinic and departmental goals and objectives

- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of job-related experience, including 3 years of supervisor experience
- Equivalent education and experience are accepted

- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health or related field
- Three (3) to five (5) years of Public Health clinical practice management experience
