Administrative / Personal Assistant (Part-Time, Growth Opportunity)
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Administrative/Personal Assistant to support our leadership team. This role will begin as a part-time, hourly position with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role based on performance and business needs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and able to work independently while maintaining a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Draft and prepare correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Organize digital and physical files, records, and documents
- Support invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Assist with email organization, task tracking, and follow-up communications
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate vendor services as needed
Personal Assistance
- Support personal scheduling and travel logistics
- Assist with small personal errands or household-related tasks (as needed)
- Coordinate personal appointments and reservations
- Research and assist with personal projects
Project Coordination
- Assist in managing ongoing business and personal projects
- Conduct online research and prepare summaries or recommendations
- Track deadlines and ensure timely task completion
Qualifications
- Prior experience in an administrative or assistant role preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities
- Professional, positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
Work Schedule & Compensation
- Part-time, hourly to start (approximately 15–25 hours per week)
