The NAM is responsible for sales growth, profitability and analytics, requiring attention to detail and strong communication skills. Knowledge of Amazon, the way they operate and what it takes to grow sales is preferred.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Drive revenue, profit, and market share.
- Work with Marketing to develop, manage and analyze Amazon specific sales and promotional plans, within budget.
- Become immersed and educated in all of Wahl's product categories.
- Analyze and track competitive activity at Amazon and proactively develop plans and programs to leverage opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal departments, e.g., finance, demand planning and supply chain to become more efficient and reduce costs.
- In conjunction with Demand Planning, develop product forecasts that incorporate promotional plans and spending.
- Actively participate in scheduled internal/external weekly, monthly and annual sales/planning meetings, preparing in advance to share relevant and beneficial information.
- Efficiently manage product portfolio incorporating promotional activity (DOD, coupons, lightening deals, etc...) with AMS spending.
- Develop & strengthen internal Amazon contacts to enhance Wahl's connections and knowledge to keep abreast of strategic platform changes.
- Exemplary written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
- Thorough understanding of the inner-workings and go-to-market strategies of Amazon including inventory management, pricing issues, review management and internal & external promotional strategies/tools.
- Working knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, data analysis and specifically excel
- Travel up to 25%-35%, based on location
- Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree or 5 years relevant experience
- Amazon experience a MUST
- Minimum 2-3 years of Business to Business .com-sales experience with a track record of success
- Must have effective communication, interpersonal, computer and organizational skills
- Ability to work in fast paced, high energy environment
- Ability to work well under stress and handle multiple tasks
- Willingness to travel up to 25-35% as needed

Salary : $145,000 - $165,000
