Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

What We're Looking For

• Self-starter with strong communication skills
• Coachable and growth-oriented
• Comfortable with daily outbound calling
• Goal-driven with a competitive edge
• Licensed in Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health (preferred; licensing support available for the right candidate)
• Sales experience is a plus, but mindset and work ethic matter more

What You'll Do

Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing personalized insurance solutions

Prospect and generate new business through calls, referrals, and community engagement

Educate clients on coverage options so they can make informed decisions

Quote and close home, auto, life, and specialty policies

Maintain organized follow-up and accurate documentation

Consistently work toward and achieve performance goals
