Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Build real relationships. Connect with clients, understand what matters to them, and design coverage that fits their lives — not just a policy.
- Create momentum. Prospect for new opportunities, generate referrals, and consistently build a strong, active pipeline.
- Lead confident coverage conversations. Educate clients in plain terms, walk them through their options, and recommend solutions that make sense — not just what's easiest to sell.
- Stay sharp. Keep up with products, underwriting guidelines, and compliance standards so you can operate at a high level.
- Work as a team. Collaborate with account managers and leadership to deliver a smooth experience from first quote through renewal — because retention matters just as much as production.
