Are you an experienced Technology Project Manager with a passion for delivering large-scale cybersecurity initiatives? We're seeking a Senior Technology Project Manager to lead complex enterprise cybersecurity programs within a highly regulated financial services environment.
In this role, you'll drive strategic technology initiatives, collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with regulatory and risk management objectives.
This is a contract to hire position - hybrid - W2 only/no sponsorship available. No third party candidates accepted.
What You'll Do
- Lead enterprise-wide cybersecurity and technology projects from planning through implementation.
- Manage multiple large-scale initiatives across the cybersecurity portfolio.
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and resource forecasts.
- Drive execution across cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Facilitate executive steering committees, governance meetings, and stakeholder communications.
- Provide executive-level project reporting, including project health, risks, issues, dependencies, and key milestones.
- Establish and manage RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions) processes.
- Partner with Cybersecurity, Risk Management, Compliance, Audit, and Technology teams to support regulatory and security initiatives.
- Monitor budgets, project metrics, resource capacity, and delivery performance.
- Ensure projects meet governance, compliance, audit, and documentation standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7 years of project or program management experience leading complex enterprise technology initiatives.
- 5 years of experience managing projects within the banking or financial services industry.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale enterprise technology transformation programs.
- Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations.
- Expertise developing project plans, executive reporting, dependency management, and governance documentation.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery methodologies.

- Experience supporting regulatory examinations, audits, and remediation programs.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Microsoft Project, and SharePoint.
