Job Summary
We are seeking a Talent Management Project Coordinator to support HR and Talent Management initiatives by coordinating projects, tracking deliverables, and partnering with stakeholders to ensure programs are completed on time. This role combines project coordination, HR operations, and business support, making it ideal for someone with experience supporting Talent Management, Learning & Development, or HR programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage Talent Management projects, timelines, milestones, and project documentation.
- Track project progress, action items, risks, and issue logs while ensuring deadlines are met.
- Support Talent Management initiatives such as performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, workforce planning, and learning programs.
- Schedule and facilitate project meetings, document meeting notes, and follow up on action items.
- Develop training materials, process documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures.
- Assist with system testing, process improvements, and implementation of new HR processes or system enhancements.
- Gather, analyze, and summarize HR data using Excel and PowerPoint to prepare reports and presentations for leadership.
- Partner with HR, IT, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Maintain accurate project documentation while handling confidential information appropriately.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 2 years of project coordination, HR, Talent Management, Learning & Development, or business operations experience, or 6 years of equivalent experience.
- Experience coordinating multiple projects and managing timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting HR, Talent Management, Learning & Development, or HR Operations.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Workday or other HRIS systems.
- Experience with project tracking tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or Excel.
- Experience developing training materials and process documentation.
- Knowledge of performance management, talent calibration, succession planning, or workforce planning.
