Key Responsibilities & Impact
- Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, sprint execution, and sprint-level reporting to ensure timely delivery of business value
- Drive seamless collaboration across technical and non-technical teams to maximize performance and outcomes
- Mentor and coach teams, including Product Owners, on Agile principles, practices, and mindset
- Foster a growth mindset and culture of continuous improvement and accountability
- Identify, remove, and escalate impediments to maintain team momentum and delivery flow
- Support Product Owners in backlog refinement, prioritization, and informed decision-making
- Enable effective communication within and across teams, promoting transparency and alignment
- Empower self-organizing teams and facilitate cross-functional collaboration
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies to support predictable delivery
- Ensure release management practices align with enterprise standards
- Maintain Scrum Boards, dashboards, and information radiators to provide visibility into team health, sprint progress, and delivery metrics
Qualifications
- 5 years of Agile experience
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I)
- Hands-on experience standing up new Agile teams, including teams new to Agile
- Proficient with Agile tools such as JIRA and Azure DevOps
Preferred Experience
- Advanced certification (ACSM or PSM II)
- Strong foundation in Agile project management and business requirements analysis
- Experience writing user stories, personas, and acceptance criteria using Gherkin
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate IT concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Adaptable, self-motivated, quality-driven team player with strong critical-thinking skills
